Hello prospective club runners!
We meet for practice outside of SPH at 4pm from Mon-Fri. At practice the distance team will usually run for about 5-8 miles, while sprinters will be doing various workouts. For more info on practice schedules and where we run, feel free to look here . Coming to practice is encouraged, but is not mandatory to be a member of the club. Feel free to come as many or as few practices as you like. All ability levels are welcome. In Fall we compete in Cross Country races while in Spring we compete at various Track & Field meets. Our club is so much more than running however. While running with us, you will meet and bond with many new people. We also host many social events throughout the year, such as our camping trip to the Shenandoah Mountains in 2016. This club is definitely a great way to meet and hang out with friends!
